Adelante Healthcare is dedicated to providing you with a full range of quality primary care services at an affordable price, regardless of your ability to pay. If you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for programs and services at reduced fees based on your income and family size. Additionally, a number of financial assistance options are available for those who have a need.

Assistance programs and services you may be eligible for include:

  • Discounts on a sliding scale
    The Adelante Sliding Fee Discount program allows patients to pay different rates for services depending on their income and the size of their household. 
  • AHCCCS (Medicaid)
    The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona’s Medicaid agency that offers healthcare programs to state residents who meet certain income and other requirements. 
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
    What used to be called the Food Stamp Program is now SNAP, Arizona’s program for nutritional assistance. 
  • Cash assistance (TANF)
    Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) is offered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to help families meet their basic needs for wellbeing and safety, on their path to self-sufficiency. 
  • Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA)
    The Health Insurance Marketplace, also known as The Marketplace, was set up under the Affordable Care Act as a one-stop online resource that makes it easier to find affordable healthcare coverage.
